Bathroom projects follow the same structured process as kitchens:
 Free survey → Design → Costing → Showroom review → Final selections → Deposit → Scheduled installation.

Our process is designed to be smooth, clear and fully supported from start to finish:

  1. Book your free site survey
     You can book online at our website, by phone (01763 245000 / 01223 870440), or by visiting our Royston showroom at 43 High Street, SG8 9AW.
  2. Home design visit
     One of our experienced designers will visit your home to discuss ideas, take measurements and photos, and understand your current layout.
  3. Your kitchen plan is created
     We use the latest ArtiCAD software to produce your personalised kitchen design.
  4. Costing your project
     We provide a full estimate based on the goods required and the labour involved.
  5. Receive your design & estimate
     You’ll receive your design and estimate by email or post.
  6. Showroom design appointment
     Visit our showroom to review your design, make changes, and even walk around your new kitchen in Virtual Reality.
  7. Design updates
     Your designer will revise the plan, recost if necessary, and resend your updated design and estimate.
  8. Selecting your products
     Once happy with the design, you’ll return to the showroom to choose all your units, worktops, appliances and accessories.

25% deposit & scheduling
 A non-refundable 25% deposit of the goods value secures your start date.
 Our Project Manager will then add your job to the fitting schedule.

 

Yes. You are welcome to purchase goods only from us without using our fitting service.

Yes, you can.

Please ensure your tradespeople have all details, including measurements and specifications. If your own installers’ work leads to issues, additional costs may apply.

Yes. Our fitting team is employed directly by Trademark.

Yes, occasionally.
 For specialist work such as plastering, building alterations, or electrical work we may use trusted subcontractors.

Yes. Our in-house Project Manager—formerly our lead kitchen fitter—oversees your project from start to finish.

No. We handle all scheduling, coordination, and management for you.

Lead time is typically around 8 weeks from paying your deposit.
 Busy periods may increase this.

If you have a specific date in mind, please let us know early so we can secure it with your deposit.

Yes. We can arrange everything needed: building works, electrics, plumbing, plastering, tiling, flooring and more.
 Decorative work such as painting or flooring is not included unless specified in your quotation.

No, we do not currently offer payment plans or finance options.

Our payment structure is:

  • 25% non-refundable deposit to book your project
  • Goods balance due by the start date

     

  • Final balance due within 7 days of installation completion
  • If a snagging list is required, you may hold back up to 10% of the final balance only

All amounts may be subject to change if alterations are made to your plan or room layout.

Yes. Key points include:

  • Surveys are non-invasive; hidden issues may be chargeable.
  • A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your start date.
  • A secondary visit will confirm measurements; plan amendments may affect price.
  • Changes to your room layout (e.g., radiators, doors) must be reported in writing and may impact the installation cost.
  • Customer-supplied appliances/fixtures must fit the design; installation issues may be chargeable.
  • Decorative works (painting, plastering, tiling, flooring) are not included unless stated.
  • Reused fixtures/fittings are not guaranteed and may be damaged during installation.
  • Ordered goods are non-returnable unless damaged on delivery.
  • Changes may be made up to 6 weeks before the start date; later changes may incur costs.
  • Electrical works must be tested/certified; additional works may be charged if systems are non-compliant.
  • Any variations must be agreed in writing with the office/surveyor.
  • Appliance registration is the customer’s responsibility after installation.
  • Under GDPR (2018), you may request removal of your details from our system.
