Our local, family run business has flourished year on year with 75% of all new projects coming from recommendations from satisfied Trademark customers. We supply and install quality Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms and Home Offices. The Kitchens, Bedrooms and Home Offices that Trademark sell are all manufactured in the UK. Our Trademark is our exceptional concept to completion and quality of service. Our after care service is first class.

We are also able to provide supply only goods with free delivery to the local area.

This token of appreciation is given to celebrate our teams outstanding customer service.

A copy of the Customer Service Award is then displayed in the showroom to highlight how important this is to us as a business and to publicly recognise performance.

Any written customer feedback is stored for potential new customers to read and ratings are collected on our Facebook page.
We also use survey monkey to request feedback from customers. All feedback collected received, shapes our future in house training.
Slide How does Trademark Ensure Customer Service Excellence?

All fitters are trained to completely clean their work area at the end of every working day which leaves the customer with minimal disruption during the project. This is a minimum standard and expected of all individuals daily on every job.

They are also trained on how to listen to customer concerns and know how to escalate these. The expectation is issues arising are dealt with immediately.

Trademark has a dedicated Installations Director who is responsible for managing the fit teams and liaise with customers directly on the progress of each job. Customers can contact him direct and get an opportunity to meet him as he visits each home before the start of each job to do a second measure and ensure plans are completely correct.

Slide Explore What Happens If something Goes Wrong

Customer issues are dealt with by phone, email and in person. Current systems are in place to track all calls, a white board is used to record outstanding issues, and these are resolved within 24 hours.

Our Managing Director or Installations Director also visits customers on site or in the showroom for a personal meeting. Meeting slot’s with both are available daily.

We pride ourselves in providing an excellent after sales service to our loyal and valued customer base.
With such a big local team we are on hand to provide advice and support for all of our products installed whenever our customers need us.
All goods installed by Trademark have manufacturer guarantees but we will always try and help our customers even when warranty has expired.

If we can fix something for you; tighten up a toilet seat or replace a washer on a dripping tap we will! Once your're part of the Trademark family we will look after you. We want to have a long and happy relationship with all of our customers and we know that a happy customer will recommend us to their friends and family which sustains our business.

Trademarks Company Director, Dave Tavner, has 38 years industry experience which enables him produce designs which are carefully planned to be functional and beautiful. All projects are managed to exacting customer specifications. Dave started out in the Industry as a Kitchen Fitter and it’s this experience of installation which gives Dave an edge on other Kitchen Designers. So often we see plans which look great but the design just won’t work in the space practically.

 

We will assist you with inspiration, design management,  project delivery, installing excellence as standard. We don’t anticipate you having any problems or issues but we are here to help if you do. Just pop in or give us a call and one of our team will be out within 24 hours.

Most Kitchen companies will ask you to arrange your own electrical and building works however, the in-house Installation Team at Trademark can deliver the complete project. The Trademark Team has a wealth of experience between them and cover all aspects of the job; kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, plastering, electrical works, plumbing and heating etc..
